How to report a concern

Last updated: October 2026

Fair treatment matters when you contact Managedstruggling Concrete. Please let us know if something went wrong. This page explains how to submit a complaint and how we handle it. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Concerns We Can Hear

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience using our phone number or messaging Managedstruggling Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Website content that seems incorrect or hard to understand
  • The conduct of a provider you reached through our service

Problems With a Provider's Work

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Each handles its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. For a problem with work at your home, raise the issue directly with the provider first. Keep a written record of those discussions.

Please also share the concern with us. Provider feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Managedstruggling Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act for that provider.

Details to Send

Email your complaint to contact@managedstruggling.world. Include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted us or the provider
  • Which phone number or form you used, if remembered
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A brief account of what happened and what action you want us to take

How We Review Complaints

We send an email acknowledging receipt, usually within a few business days. We then investigate the concern. This may involve speaking with the provider. After reviewing it, we reply with our findings and any action we intend to take.

Asking for Another Review

If our reply does not resolve your concern, respond and request another review. You may also approach your state consumer protection office, attorney general or local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
